Who I Am

I’m Josh Williams—an entrepreneur, mentor, and your guide to mastering the art of Lean-Ecommerce. Over the past decade, I’ve built multiple six- and seven-figure Lean-ecommerce (also known as Dropshipping 2.0) stores from the ground up by leveraging cutting‑edge strategies, relentless testing, and a no‑fluff approach to scaling. When I launched my first online store in 2015, I was working nights as a bartender and could barely afford rent on a tiny apartment; today, I’m free to work from anywhere in the world—and I want the same for you.

My Journey 

• Humble Beginnings: I started with zero budget, no mentors, and countless mistakes. I spent sleepless nights learning the ins and outs of product research, ad optimization, and customer psychology—often the hard way.

• Breakthrough Moments: After no much success at first, I finally landed on a winning product and the right strategy that netted $10K in its first week. That success wasn’t luck—it was the result of a systematic, repeatable process I refined over hundreds of experiments.

• Scaling Beyond Six Figures: Today, I’ve helped countless number of students launch profitable stores and hit their first $100K months without inventory headaches or complex logistics.
